I build stuff on the internet that (mostly) works. ...unless you’re using Internet Explorer, then good luck.

I’m a software developer with experience building reliable and scalable applications across the full stack. From designing and developing intuitive frontends to architecting robust backends, I focus on creating software that solves real problems and delivers value... and when they don’t, I fix them fast. I’m hands-on, detail-oriented, and always curious, constantly exploring new technologies and approaches to improve both code quality and user experience. My goal is simple: build software that works, performs well, and makes life easier for those who use it.

Places I’ve Worked

If it involves building user interfaces, wrangling APIs, or making sure software actually works for humans, I’ve probably done it. I leave things better than I found them — sometimes literally, sometimes just in code.

About

Here’s the boring bit where I tell you more than you need to know. I am a software developer based in Kenya with experience building products that balance functionality and great design. Over the years, I’ve worked across startups and growing teams, shipping features that solve real problems and scale with users. I like shipping fast, breaking things faster, and fixing them before anyone notices.
I spend most of my time building with React, Next.js, and TypeScript (my toxic trait is believing I can ship anything with them). I dive into UI/UX when pixels refuse to behave, and I’m comfortable wrangling APIs with REST or GraphQL. On the backend side, I tinker with Golang and Python, while CI/CD keeps my projects flowing. I occasionally build mobile apps with Flutter, and lately I’ve been experimenting with AI — sometimes for productivity, sometimes just to see what kind of chaos it creates.
When I’m not coding, I’m mountain biking, hunting down obscure old movies, reading random books or staring into the void.
